The CMAS designation is designed to let you know I am a Certified Mountain Area Specialist. There are characteristics unique to mountain properties that set them apart from other parcels of real estate bought and sold in the Denver Metro area. Issues such as sources of water, individual septic systems, legal access and easements, interaction with wild life, forest fire mitigation and environmental concerns like radon gas and beetle kill are just a few of the special considerations that must be taken into account.
The CDPE designation means Certified Distress Property Expert. It also means I have taken extensive course work and participated in a number of short sales so that I can be of help if you are in an unstable financial condition.
