Mike Hardin is a Nebraska native, graduating from Hastings High School in 1967 and then heading to Colorado to attend The University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. He earned his B.S. from the School of Business, majoring in marketing. Upon graduation from college, Mike, as a second generation REALTOR®, started his real estate career by working for a land developer and selling home sites in Park County, Colorado. He joined Moore and Company in 1974, and then he became a broker/owner of RE/MAX 3000, Inc. in 1979. After meeting up with Chuck and Chad Ochsner, RE/MAX Alliance and RE/MAX 3000 merged in 2009 to become RE/MAX Alliance 3000, LLC.
During Mike’s career with RE/MAX, he has been active as a board member of The Aurora Association of REALTORS® and the RE/MAX Credit Union and is part of the Home Mortgage Alliance Company. Mike is married to Margie, a retired Special Education teacher for 36 years and they have grown, successful children.
Chad is a director with the Colorado Association of Realtors, has served on the board of the REColorado (Denver MLS), the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the Realtor.com Broker Advisory board, Trulia Broker Advisory board and past member of the Zillow Broker Advisory board. Chad is a joint venture mortgage partner with Stearns Lending - a co-owner of Home Mortgage Alliance. He and his father Chuck are partners in Alliance Insurance Services, are active in land development and owners of 2 assisted living facilities in Golden and Arvada.
Chad represents RE/MAX Alliance throughout the year at various industry conferences and events often times offering up his experience and knowledge on a panel of his peers. He has been ranked on the Swaenpoel list of the most powerful people in Real Estate in 2013 and 2014, and one of the 100 most influential real estate executives by Real Estate Executive magazine. He received the RE/MAX Mountain States Broker/Owner of the year award in 2005 and again in 2008.
Chad is married to Becca Ochsner and they currently live in Lakewood with their two very cute young daughters.
