Nanci Garnand 
I enjoy being a real estate agent since 1995 and started with RE/MAX in July of that year. There is personal satisfaction in doing a good job helping people make one of the most important decisions of their life and that is where to live. Knowing that they have purchased their new residence with their heart and then using their head to make sure that they know what the house has and does not have is very important.
Living in the
Northern Colorado area, when there are so many wonderful places to live, is the best. We have the arts, convenience to big city activities, golf, bike riding, great mountain views, shopping, mountains, water, great people, and the list just goes on.
I left a successful career in the banking industry to continue to help individuals with their financial and more importantly home needs. As an owner of rentals, I also have the knowledge to know the advantages and disadvantages of being a landlord. I have lived in several states and traveled to others, along with traveling internationally.
I have lived in and been involved in the community since 1985. Having lived in both
Louisville while working in
Boulder and then also
Lafayette, I have a good feeling for
Northern Colorado. With my ex-husband, I once owned a bicycle business, selling Tandems in the
Phoenix,
Arizona area. Being raised in
Santa Fe,
New Mexico, I enjoyed all of the cultural opportunities there and did not know what I had until I left for college in
Flagstaff,
Arizona, finding out that not all cities had 11 museums, or a fiesta
I am currently involved in the community as a member and Past President of the Loveland Rotary Club, involved in Generations, a giving group within the Northern Colorado Community Foundation, enjoy watching concerts and play and Colorado Eagles at the Budweiser Event Center.

Jan Dotson 
Jan Dotson may very well be the first person on our team you will meet. Since joining our team in 2006, Jan has worked with clients from all over the world, helping them to relocate to our area. We tease her about just wanting to play on the computer all day, but we know better. Jan is a warm, knowedgleable person, and is very helpful. Jan's first career was as a high school language teacher. Then she worked in the property/casualty insurance business for more than 26 years. Her experience in education, sales, and management make her a valuable resource to our clients. If you want to know more about local bicycle trails, a good place to find great green chile, or how to help our local Public Library, just ask Jan!

Deb Callies 
Deb Callies is ready to assist Home Buyers and Home Sellers as a licensed assistant on the team. Deb has been working in the real estate field since 2008.
Deb has a managment, marketing, counseling, and sales background having been an administrator in the Human Services field for 10 years, and as an Avon and Pampered Chef representative. She has organizational skills, planning and coordination experience, created program processes for homes for troubled youth and families, marketing for a human service training facility, and works well with people one on one.
Currently Deb lives with her husband and 2 small boys in East Loveland, however she has lived in Northern Colorado since 1995 specifically in Greeley & West Loveland, and previously worked in Fort Collins and Berthoud.
