Just one example of how Kay uses her knowledge and insight came when she saved the sale and closing of one of our homes. The buyer that was lined up fell out of contract the day before closing (due to a problem on the sale of their home - which Kay was not involved with).  Kay had kept in touch with previously interested home buyers and was able to bring them in and get a contract signed, etc., in less than 12 hours.  We were able to close on the sale of our home at the original time the next day and go on to the closing on our new home later that same day. 

Topping off all of Kay’s sound business acumen is her strong moral code, her kindness, her sense of humor, and her ability to do business in an equitable manner.  Kay does what many don’t think possible, she conducts herself and represents her clients in a manner which exudes professionalism and character.  She works smart and she works hard, but she also works with care.
