Downtown Living

Downtown Denver Living

There are two popular areas that make up the majority of Downtown Denver Living. They are the Lower Downtown area referred to as LoDo/Platt Valley, and there is the Golden Triangle neighborhood.

What is Lodo?
LoDo is the affectionate name that Denverites call the Lower Downtown Historic District and mixed-use neighborhood. LoDo, the city's birthplace, is the most exciting, fun, and trendy part of the city of Denver! LoDo is the place in Denver to eat, shop, and stay. A vibrant mixed-use neighborhood, LoDo offers something for everyone, from the day tourist to the lifelong resident. And, our historic buildings not only house a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses, but they also create a unique urban living environment. LoDo is in proximity to Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, and the Platte River biking and hiking open space.

The Golden Triangle Neighborhood
The Golden Triangle neighborhood is situated in a prime location immediately south of Downtown Denver, and holds the promise to be one of the city's finest urban neighborhoods. The area's proximity to the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Central Library, and several other major arts and cultural institutions, along with the eclectic businesses of South Broadway and the popular recreational trails along the Cherry Creek bikeway, have propelled the area into the spotlight of the CIty's infill developments.

Both areas offer loft living with all the amenities A general cost to consider for Downtown Living will start around $280/sqft of living space. Both areas provide high-rise and low-rise living.
