Meet Kareen Kinzli Larsen
Kareen, a Colorado native, graduated cum laude from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in 1999 with a degree in marketing and finance. Since that time, Kareen has worked as a residential real estate broker in Northern Colorado. She is an expert real estate strategist and negotiator and has helped hundreds of individuals and families realize their personal and investment goals with real estate.

Kareen has a wealth of knowledge in residential real estate, investment properties, residential acreages, vacant land, farm and ranch, and rural land developments. She is organized and detail oriented and loves to dig in and research the intricacies of particularly complicated transactions or development projects. She has a soft spot for first time home buyers and enjoys spending extra time teaching new buyers, or first time sellers, the ins and outs of the real estate process.



Kareen is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Platinum Club and RE/MAX 100% Club.
Kareen has earned her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation.

  • Kareen lives on a small acreage with her husband, Blake and two kids.
  • She is an avid gardener and makes the best homemade blackberry jam.
  • She is a Business Member of WomenGive.
  • She is very active in the Poudre R-1 School District and organizes the Santa’s Workshop, a holiday gift shop for students. She personally shops for or creates most of the gifts. Through her efforts, she raises thousands of dollars for her children’s local school.
  • Kareen is a dedicated Relay for Life participant and fund raiser. Along with her team, she coordinates a yearly Zumbathon to raise funds for cancer research.
