Best and easiest directions: From I-25 and county line, road (mile marker 163) a/k/a Palmer Divide Road – from the intersection go east approximately 150 yards. On north side, take dirt apron to dirt road about 50 yards (Andrews Road marked with green street sign) go northeast 1.4 miles on dirt road to private road Twylby Rd – road sign on right side. (You have been driving over the 25,000-acre Greenland Ranch – a Natural Conservatory.) You will clearly see - about 1/3 mile, a white home, green roof and red trim – “that's it”. (Careful using a GPS, it tends to take folks the long way around.) The white For Sale sign is in the southwest corner of the 20-acre property. You do not need to make an appointment to show the property (land) just follow the directions above and look for the sign "IncrediView - Entrance" sign on Twylby Rd. Directions to "IncrediView" on the berm leading north to "IncrediView Home Site" suggested site to build a nice home - it is about a 700 foot walk.
