Zoning is showing in county records as R-1-C which apparently interprets as Res/Commercial, take whatever that means to you and verify everything with the county in person. This is estate owned and being sold through the public administrator and we know nothing. We don't have any plats, surveys, knowledge of any water or sewer, wells or septic, available electricity or phone lines. Everything must be verified with the county or your own investigations or hiring your own survey companies etc. The listing agent has been to this location physically but doesn't have anymore information other than this. However, I will say that this looks like an ideal spot for many different things including some sort of residential, but I also feel that it would be a really great for a commercial location with the visibility it has. It's priced to sell quickly! someone indicated that this land is in a flood zone, you must verify this for yourself.
