4WD vehicle required. Take 129 north from Steamboat to Hahn's Peak. Turn right onto Main Street/FSR 409 in Hahn's Peak. The property is 2.09 miles from turning off of 129 into Hahn's Peak Village to the property line. It is 1.36 miles from the end of the winter road maintenance sign to the property. Continue on FSR 409 until the intersection of FSR 409 & FSR 411. Both FSR 409 & FSR 411 bisect the land. If you take FSR 411 it will take you to the upper portion of the land where the trailer & potential build site are located. It is about 400 yards from the split of FSR 409 & 411 to the property line. The gate to the "driveway" to the trailers is 200 yards after the property line. If you continue on FSR 409 it will take you to the lower part of the land where a stream runs through and there are beaver dams. FSR 409 will take you into US Forest Service Land just beyond the northern border of the land for sale.
