This is a flag lot. From my sign on Broadway, you need to drive north between the homes about 100 yards to the lot. The property has a small abandoned home and old barn but this is a land sale only. There is power to the property but there is no septic or well. I have been told that there is a great aquifer about 35 feet down. I measured and flagged the lot with pink flagging but it appears the south lot line goes further south past the old ratty fence on the south line. Buyer is responsible for measuring the property.
