Susan McFaddin has been in real estate development in Northern Colorado for a decade specializing in energy efficient and sustainable commercial and residential properties.  She serves as a Commissioner for the Fort Collins Housing Authority Commissioner and on the board of the CSU Institute for the Built Environment.
