People always say “you can’t choose family!” Boy isn’t that the case! Louis and Elizabeth (Liz) have been working together since 1988. Their dynamic is one of professionalism and fun. Originally from Cincinnati, Louis graduated from Hanover College and obtained his Real Estate license in 1986. He has since owned several real estate, title, building, and mortgage companies. In 2007 he fell in love with the mountains and never looked back. Louis currently serves as the advertising committee chair person for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors.

Liz Moore began her real estate career at a young age in her father's offices; making copies, answering phones and organizing HUD files. She loved tagging along to home showings and watching new homes being built. Liz officially started her career as a Realtor in 2012, shortly after graduating from Gonzaga University. Since that time she has helped hundreds of happy buyers and sellers turn their dreams into reality. In her "spare" time she coaches the Mile High Rowing Club on Cherry Creek reservoir. Mile High is a nationally recognized and award winning high school rowing club. In 2017 Liz was recognized with the prestigious title of top 30 agents under the age of 30 from the National Association of Realtors. During the 2017-2018 Mountain Metro Association of Realtors board year Liz will serve as the youngest Chair in board history. She looks forward to further serving her Realtor and mountain communities.
After spending 12 years as an engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, I chose to pursue a lifelong passion of mine, Real Estate. I love the mountains, animals and all the outdoor activities and hope to help others find their place in the Colorado Foothills and High Country as well. Because I work with an experienced team, I am able to access numerous different skill sets to make every transaction efficient, stress-free and fun!

With a background in corporate marketing and an entrepreneurial spirit, selling real estate comes naturally to Meredith. She is and active member in the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors® on the Communication Committee. She works diligently in the Foothills and Denver Metro areas, having found her passion for helping clients buy and sell homes. Meredith joined Moore at RE/MAX Alliance in Evergreen after having worked as a real estate assistant at a small firm in the Foothills. Her teammates Liz Moore, Louis Moore and Ashley Tolbert share her passion for real estate and together they create a cohesive buying and selling experience for clients.
Prior to her career in real estate, Meredith ran a small graphics and marketing company from her home in Arvada or from her sailboat in the Sea of Cortez. After selling most of their belongings, Meredith and her husband moved aboard their Cal 35 Sloop based near La Paz, B.C.S., Mexico. They learned how to work together successfully day in and day out as they overcame many challenges. They still use this mentality in the real estate market today.
Meredith and Tim, started renovating properties in 2011 and continue to work together on investment properties building a portfolio of rentals and complete top-to-bottom renovations. This has taught her to keep a keen eye on the market.
